On August 3rd, the Chenango County region of Springbrook Community Homes gathered together for a pig roast. This annual event brings together all seven of the community homes in the Chenango County region with delicious food, yard games, and music! Paul, a direct support professional for the Chenango County region, did the honors of cooking the pig. It took nine hours to cook, and Paul replenished the charcoal every 45 minutes throughout the nine-hour cooking time. Paul has been roasting pigs for 20 years, and his expertise results in a delicious meal every time. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to plan and prepare for the pig roast!
