Education and Career Pathways at Springbrook are designed to support professional growth at every stage. From hands-on summer learning and DSP credentialing to tuition assistance and degree programs, we offer meaningful opportunities to explore careers, build skills, and advance your education. Whether you’re just starting or ready to take the next step, Springbrook is ready to invest in your future.
For employees ready to pursue higher education, Springbrook Scholars offers opportunities to earn a new degree, or complete certifications. Through partnerships with SUNY Oneonta, Sage, Daemen, the University of Rochester, and more, Springbrook provides tuition assistance and reimbursement, covering up to 100% of eligible costs based on performance. Many scholarship options are tuition-free, with some even covering the cost of books.
The Springbrook Training and Education Program (STEP) is designed to support employees beginning or continuing their educational journey. Through our partnership with SUNY Oneonta, STEP offers Direct Support Professional (DSP) credentialing, providing a strong foundation for those interested in advancing their careers in human services.
